Founded in March 1997, KnowHow Inc. is a pioneer in online learning. The Company is executing a powerful strategy to build the premier brand in the online sales training industry. This strategy brings together a differentiated blend of technology, learning methodology and branded content that delivers superior value to targeted groups of customers.

During the past two years the Company has developed a sophisticated online learning system called HyperLearning™. Based on proprietary software, custom online learning solutions have been implemented for some of the top companies in the world; industry leading companies like Hewlett-Packard, Warner-Lambert, Deluxe Inc. and IBM. The learning methodologies and technology solutions provide a solid foundation for future growth.

In response to the growing market demand for distributed, prepackaged training solutions, the Company has developed proprietary, branded content. The Company has targeted both businesses and consumers in the lucrative sales training market of over 4 million sales professionals

In March of 1999, the Company signed agreements with the most respected names in the sales and marketing field. Fourteen "marquee" names, high-profile sales training professionals, have contributed their expertise to KnowHow to develop training titles using the Company's HyperLearning™ methodology. These co-branded products will be sold and delivered at KnowHowZone located on the Web at 209.98.51.2.

In September 1999, KnowHow launched the KnowHowZone. Using a Web browser and dial-up Internet connection, you can review, purchase and instantly take one-hour, self-paced courses. These courses are chosen from an extensive catalog of high-impact, how-to titles needed by all sales professionals. In addition to structured courses, you get easy access to the just-in-time information, tools, and advice that help you solve tough problems when you're on the job.

The Zone is packed with content from the top names in the sales field. Well-recognized authorities like Brian Tracy, Tom Hopkins, Bill Brooks, and many others have all lent their talents and results-oriented materials to the Zone. When combined with HyperLearning, KnowHow's problem-solving approach to learning, you can:

    The Team

    Alan Hupp and Gary Lindberg, the founders of KnowHow, have a combined 40 years of experience in the learning technology business. Alan is a seasoned executive most recently on the management team that grew Drake Prometric to the leadership position in the certification services industry before being acquired by Sylvan Learning Systems. Alan is well known within the information technology industry as the creator of A+ Certification.

    Gary is the architect of KnowHow's learning system. He brings to the company a unique combination of creative zeal and passion for technology. His career began in the film industry having produced a major motion picture ("This Is Now, That Was Then") before focusing his attention on communication and training programs for major companies. Their considerable experience as founders, executives, and officers of companies has led to the vision and development of KnowHow.

    A strong and experienced board of directors that includes Mac Lewis, Jack Johnson and Dan Frawley complements Alan and Gary. Mac is president of Sherpa Partners, a venture capital and new venture development firm. Jack is president and chief operating officer of Teltech Resource Network Corporation, a Minnesota-based research and knowledge management services company. Dan is CEO of techies.com, an online employment recruiting service. They add significant operational and entrepreneurial expertise to the board, which is particularly important as the company transitions to the branded products business.
