 Lemon-Garlic Croutons on Salad
 1 head Boston Lettuce, 1 Pint
 cherry tomatoes, 1 whole
 avocado --
Top salad w/1-2  servings of Lemon Garlic-Protein  Chips, crushed

Whether it be Soya-Caesar Protein Chips over salad or crushed Lemon-Garlic Protein Chips on Chicken, Chef Mike's recipes. Kay's encourages a balanced diet of lean protein, complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits, vegetables and as with any diet it is important to drink lots of water. Specialties provide just that.

 Serves 1
 I     serving of Chili Nacho Cheese         Chips (about 30 chips)
 1/3 cup shredded cheese
       
(opt: low fat)
 1/2 cup chili-without-beans
 1/2 cup sour cream (opt: low fat)

 Spread chips on microwavable
 plate. Top the chips w/your
 favorite shredded cheese.
 Put plate in microwave on “high”
 for 30 sec to 1 min-to melt
 cheese. Add sour cream.

 Serves 4
 4 chicken breasts
 2 servings Soya Caesar Protein
 Chips Spray oil coating

 Wash chicken. Drain. Blend
 Protein Chips to grainy powder.
 Place powder in large bowl. Lightly  salt chicken on both sides. Spray  chicken with pan coating. Place  chicken in "powder." Coat
 thoroughly. Cook-375 degrees on  greased cookie sheet-45
 minutes.

 1. Crush a handful of Crispy
 Parmesan Chips onto your favorite  pizza for a great new taste.
 2. Love sage turkey stuffing but
 find it too high in carbs?
 Substitute  Soya-Caesar Protein
 Chips instead of dressing!
 3. Substitute crushed Protein
 Chips for breadcrumbs in your  meatloaf recipe. It will lower the
