MENTOR^® Management Development Process includes a customized series of individual and team Challenges built around competencies that are critical to successful sales mentoring.

Through Challenges we’ve created a risk-free learning environment that gives you the experience of applying what you have learned. These “slices of life” present issues often confronted in real life and incorporate the skills, techniques and approaches taught in the MENTOR process.

Challenges take between 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete, depending on the content, learning objective and preparation of the manager.
